We are missing a few Rotarians joining us Friday morning. Reach out to Rotarians not getting on line to help them connect.
We are having regular Brighton Rotary Zoom meetings each Friday at 8am. However, NO Meeting June 5th!!!!
POD#2 consisting of Rotarian's Ricardo, Emily, Clay, Liesje, Rudy, Jeff P and Criag, can reach out and try some speakers digitally for June.
Diners and Duffers booklets will be sold now at a discount of $25 each. Those who do not have books, ask me and we will arrange delivery. Please sell. All books distributed. If you can't sell the ones you have please advise R Chris or R Steve.
Club is short on commitments to Rotary for Foundation and Polio Plus. However, members are encourage to contribute what they can.
R Chris advised club Golf tournament originally scheduled for June postponed to fall. Taking a wait and see approach.
Club members encouraged to donate to Club amount they would normally spend for Rotary breakfast each week. This amount or as each member can accommodate may be forwarded to Treasurer Chris on a monthly basis by cheque or e-transfer.
R Mary Lou advised that Aids Walk will be vertual walk at home. Submit your 'walk'. To be viewed June 20th.

R Joyce advised that Eloisa has been traveling this past week but not really going anywhere. She and her boyfriend headed for Brazil, but boyfriend was not allowed to fly from Miami, so they both turned back somehow via Detroit and possibly other stops on way back to Ottawa. Welcome to the new world.
R Chris will send out invoices for Rotary annual dues / membership of $250 for each Rotarian. Due June 30, 2020. If you are not renewing, please advise R Chris.

2020 Rotary District Conference theme is 'Heroes and Champions' and will be held at Toronto Weston Prince Hotel October 23-25, 2019.
Rotary District 7070 is going to the Dominican Republic March Break 2021. A service opportunity - sweat equity.

Happy Bucks: First trivia question - Who is always happy because they choose to be? made it through another month and looking forward to June and good weather, giving happy bucks and money still in his pocket, poppy is great, gardening, daughter to help, have health, late to garden and running around looking for annuals, no reason to be unhappy, out riding bike, dad was sick and sent to Kingston ICU but now back to Belleville and doing better, knows dad is doing better because he is super grumpy, weekend for those who recognize such any more, sold house and then it wasn't, Park Open, Park free to May 31, in their happy place.
