Rotary District 7070 Friendship Tree Project
Combining our Rotary fundraising commitments and roles as Pillars to the Environment, Brighton Rotary invites all District clubs to join with the Rotary District 7070 Friendship Tree Project. Hoselton's of Trenton, has joined forces with the Brighton Rotary. Together they have an annual tree ornament earmarked for an unusual fundraiser. The Friendship Tree is fundraising tool celebrating our ally in our environment: the TREE. Enclosed are three pine seeds with planting instructions. Proceeds from each ornament go to the Nature Conservancy of Canada. These hanging ornaments are created from recycled aluminum alloy, wrapped in gold/yellow tissue, tied to a blue ribbon, and tucked into a blue velvet bag with drawstring. Enclosed is a trifold mini brochure describing Paul Harris' Friendship Tree program, Rotary District 7070, the Nature Conservancy of Canada, and Hoselton's. Also included are three pine seeds with planting instructions.
