President Joyce shared a You Tube of the history of Rotary, in particular the men who started Rotary in Chicago in the early years from 1905.

The old film was created in the 1920's and shows the people who started the first service club in the world.

Paul Harris was a lawyer who after graduation took 5 years to travel and do odd jobs from being a reporter, a cowboy and actor before starting in his chosen profession. It was his idea in 1905 to start Rotary. They met at the Sherman Hotel for many years. Rotary One.

The film introduces the early Rotarian's and those who started the traditions we still do today such as singing at club meetings.

Recommended to check out the 'The Boys of 1905' on You Tube.
