Lars was here to facilitate Club Visioning. However, he reviewed with Club the results of the recent on-line Club Health Check survey completed by members.
He explained that membership is an issue in every club. It is a challenge to find and keep people interested in clubs. We have to engage individuals in a way that they enjoy the experience - that they have fun.
Lars unfortunately reviewed the results of the survey and provided some analysis and comments.
On a positive note, those who did not complete survey and were present, now know what was in the survey and we all have a picture of results. So what are next steps?
Remember, we are all volunteers. We have our own strengths and weaknesses, but together, we are stronger and can do great and wonderful things we could not do alone.
