President Joyce shared some sections of our 2012 -2013 Strategic Plan.
A living document to be reviewed and modified as needed.
Some thoughts and comments:
recruiting drive for members - ask, invite to a meeting / event, coordinate with local chamber
Have FUN, social either with a service project or just getting together, possible 'roasts'. Ideally not a lot of organization or costs
Look at Social media.
Get involved in District events.
Do we need to do things differently?
